What Our Clients Have to Say
About Our Physiotherapists
I suffered from lower back pain from a young age and for a very long time. I visited several doctors and physiotherapists, but they all just told me to take painkillers. That was until I met Tamas — he truly helped me understand the real cause behind my pain.
We started with specific exercises, combined with manual therapy sessions, and over time I noticed a huge improvement. Now I’m feeling much better and able to live my life normally again, all thanks to him.
I highly recommend Tamas’ services — he’s not only an excellent therapist but also a genuinely friendly and supportive person.

I am 70 years old and last January, I had a very serious skiing accident in Austria. I underwent surgery for a multiple fracture in the middle third of my lower leg, which was fixed with double plating. After a four-day hospital stay, I immediately started working with Tamas. Despite my leg being in a cast for six weeks, we exercised it three time a week, lifting and moving the injured leg, while also trying to mobilize the rest of my body. After the cast was removed, Tamas developed a long-term rehabilitation plan, and three times a week we performed various exercises to improve mobility limitation. Tamas taught me to climb stairs with a walker, then to walk with crutches, and later, the muscles strengthened, we further improved mobilization by discontinuing the assistive devices. Eleven months after the surgery, I walked 17 km alongside the ski slope to the mid-station in Austria, where I had the accident a year before.
We worked together for 15 months, and I will be forever grateful for all the optimism, encouragement, and high-level expert knowledge he provided in treating my injury. This March I strapped on my skis again and enjoyed the freedom of skiing. At the same time, I am cycling again over hills and mountains, and my legs withstand the challenges. Without Tamas’ very carefully developed physiotherapy plan, I would still be moving uncertainly and limping even today. I wholeheartedly encourage everyone, including those struggling with serious injuries, to trust Tamas’ expertise and care. He is one of the best…

I had my first visit here on the 30th September and i must say after visiting many others in this industry i was very impressed.
They are very professional and enthusiastic and love the craft they do which in my mind speaks a thousand words.
I had an hour with Suzanne and she is very passionate about what she does and puts you at ease straight away and lives and breaths what she does.
I then had an hour with Tamas for a massage and again he is very passionate about his craft and has a great knowledge of what he does and explains exactly what he is doing. I can not recommend this studios enough and look forward to going back.
Thank You

I love SF studios! It’s a hidden gem in Hampstead with variety of classes and amazing Physiotherapists. I received a fantastic help after my Breast cancer operation. Suz and Tamás looked after my mental health and mobility. Tamás also helped my rotator cuff to get back to normal and for this I’m forever grateful. If you are looking for a help in your mind and body combo, I can’t recommend the studio enough! It’s holistic approach and knowledgeable stuff makes huge difference.

Tamas at SF Studios has done wonders for my back problems. Through a combination of hand on manipulation, exercises and regular sessions he’s saved me from having to cancel a holiday and I’m now much better, already have a stronger back and am on the road to better and stronger functional movement.
I’m also going to the regular functional strength classes he’s running.

Suz is an exceptional teacher who offers classes that include flexibility and strength. She has not only helped me improve my physical abilities but has also significantly reduced my anxiety, helping me to relax and understand myself better. Thanks to her classes, I feel stronger and more confident. Her sessions are wonderful and transformative, positively impacting both the body and the mind. Suz is truly a great teacher!

I am excited to share my heartfelt feedback about Suz, who is a truly remarkable individual. Suz is not only an exceptional psychotherapist, masseuse, and life coach, but she is also a successful business and studio owner. On top of all this, she is my friend. In my role as a yoga teacher at her studio, Suz is my boss, and in my capacity as a photographer, she is my client. Our professional relationship is made even better by the personal bond we share.
Suz has an extraordinary ability to connect with people on a profound level. Sometimes, just a single glance from her is enough to make her understand exactly how I am feeling—even when I haven’t said a word. This intuitive insight is something truly special, and it shows how well she knows and understands me, perhaps even more than I understand myself at times.
Our many conversations about life and other stories have been enlightening and deeply meaningful. Suz’s wisdom and knowledge about the connection between body, mind, and heart are truly unparalleled. I have seen so many times how she helps those who come to her, whether they are dealing with physical injuries or facing mental and emotional challenges. Each person who crosses her path is incredibly fortunate.
Suz’s holistic approach and her genuine care for others make her a light of hope and healing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is not only a professional of the highest level but also a compassionate and insightful individual who has positively impacted my life and the lives of many others.
Thank you, Suz, for all that you do and for being such a wonderful presence in my life
Krisztina Juhasz
I was the schoolgirl whose mother regularly wrote the note that I was too poorly to do games or PE. My working life was spent sitting down, involved long hours and intense brain work. Although aware I was becoming physically stiffer, I ignored this and the various aches and pains. Unsurprisingly I eventually paid the price when my back gave way and the pain was intense.
I had to have surgery and medical pain management and finally physio to recover the mobility lost during the period of inactivity following surgery. My first meeting with Suz did not go well. Suz doesn’t just help with a presenting problem but takes stock of the whole person and gradually introduces ideas to help with the entire package. I was not ready for her approach as it involved me working hard when I had come for her to fix me.
I did not take to her philosophy and far from finding her helpful I could not embrace her enthusiasm and optimism. My self-expectation was such that it was only dispiriting and I could never envisage getting anywhere from such a low base. So, I did not go back but went elsewhere and tried out other alternatives. However, I got nowhere and decided to bite the bullet recognising her commitment might be the push I needed.
Now that I was more motivated to get fit and well the attitude I took to our work together slowly changed. Initially I couldn’t do much, my mobility and flexibility were pretty poor and I had no understanding of the importance of core strength, flexibility or stretching but Suz works at your level only carefully raising the bar when she feels you are ready. Incrementally I could feel improvement in my posture, core, and general sense of wellbeing until one day I realised I was looking forward to her session!! I began to inhabit my body and realised more than ever how much mind and body influence each other.
I have been in classes with Suz now for several years and at 75 am the fittest and healthiest I have ever been. I can walk for miles, bike, contort my body into all sorts of positions and have taken up golf with a bunch of women known as the Golfing Gals where I am the oldest but can walk and swing away. Suz is far more than a physio or movement therapist or whatever label you want to attach. She is a mentor, advisor, who becomes a friend who is there for you and there to work beside you on your personal journey: she is at the same time empathic yet uncompromising, always encouraging, with a sharp eye assuring you are doing every exercise correctly. A consummate professional who goes to the maximum to help everyone.
If you are looking to improve, however low your starting point, get to Suz at once.
Start working with Suz – it may be slow, but transformation will come.

I gain movement, strength, positivity and energy from my classes and private 1 on 1 sessions with Suz who never fails to amaze me as not one session is ever the same. And that is after six years. I am 77 years old and feel she keeps me going, for which I am very grateful.

Movement is more than just exercise it is a fundamental aspect of my life to enable my body to function well, both physically and emotionally . SF Studios helps me prevent injury and keeps my body mobile which for me is the key to a healthy life. This is the only studio I’ve found who takes care of your whole body. No two classes are the same so every session is a new experience. Within the class are different level options so I always feel safe and looked after.
I can’t recommend Suz and her team enough. Sf Studios is unique very friendly welcoming professional studio and I feel very lucky to have found this little gem in Hampstead.

Suzanne Ferreira and the Authentic Wellness Team have been incredible in my journey to wellness, both emotionally and physically, while on the kidney transplant list. Their amazing care and attention have made a huge difference. I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and dedicated team.

I have worked with Suz for almost 10 years, she has supported me through sport injuries (and a lot of them), major illnesses but also career regigs. bereavements, the lot. Suz’s understanding of how the body works and how body and mind interacts will never stop impressing me. Working with Suz is a costant evolution, leading to a better understanding of how the body grows up, what it needs to thrive and most of all how to take care of oneself in a world that keeps asking more and more of our time, attention, energy. Suz’s personalised programmes will focus on movement and fitness, also encompassing any other area that needs attention to restore balance and health. Whether it’s a movement class, physiotherapy, acupuncture or coaching, Suz is so highly qualified and experienced that you feel in safe hands and the benefits are guaranteed. Her approach to create workable programmes and the detailed tailoring of interventions plus the regular updates to stretch targets have brought me back to a level of fitness that I didn’t think I could achieve ever again. Most importantly, Suz is Suz, she will embrace you with her care, compassion, power, laughter and help you throughout the process so as to achieve whichever your objectives are. I think that everyone should have a Suz in their life!

I am a big fan of Suz and SF Studios and have recently taken some “seniors” classes with Tamas – they were very good – not just enjoyable but also very clear and he empathetically devotes attention to each person so they get the best out of it within their ability.
I have also had 3 or 4 one to one sessions with him and here again his hands on treatments have been very good. He is clearly very knowledgeable and easy to be with. His follow up is also very good giving me exercises to do at home backed up by video clips and clear directions.
All in all Tamas is an excellent addition to the SF Studios Team
