Neck Pain Physiotherapy for Your Needs
Neck pain is increasingly common, particularly with modern lifestyles that involve long hours at a desk, time on screens, and reduced movement.
What often starts as mild stiffness or tension can develop into more persistent pain if not properly addressed. At SF Studios, our neck pain physiotherapy takes a whole-body approach to understanding and treating your symptoms.
Your physiotherapist in Hampstead will carry out a detailed assessment of your neck, posture, and movement patterns, alongside your daily habits and activity levels. This allows us to identify not just where the pain is, but what is driving it.
We use evidence-based assessment and hands-on techniques including sports massage, dry needling, joint mobilisation, and load management programming to support your recovery and restore movement.
Every session is tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your goals, helping you achieve lasting results and improved long-term movement.

How We Work With You
We begin by listening.
Your physiotherapist will take time to understand your symptoms, where your pain is coming from, and how it affects your daily life. This allows us to build a clear and complete picture of your body and your movement.
From there, we carry out a thorough assessment of posture, mobility, strength, and movement patterns. Treatment is then tailored to what your body needs most.
