SF Studios takes its responsibility for ensuring the safety of clients very seriously.

Key Policy Areas

Client Registration and Emergency Details All clients must complete a Registration Form and sign the SF Studios Consent Form upon joining. Forms must include accurate emergency contact details and medical history. Primary and emergency contact information is securely stored on the Mindbody system in compliance with UK GDPR. Clients must promptly notify the studio of any changes to emergency contact information.

Fire Safety Procedures All SF Studios employees receive full training in fire evacuation procedures. Regular fire drills and checks ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.

Risk Assessments The studio conducts regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards, addressing concerns promptly and escalating to relevant authorities or building owners when necessary.

First Aid SF Studios maintains a fully equipped and accessible First Aid kit. All incidents are documented in the Accident Report Book, with copies provided to clients upon request. Senior physiotherapists must hold current First Aid certifications.

Emergency Situations During emergencies, SF Studios contacts emergency services first, then parents or guardians using information from the consent form.

Health Considerations Clients, parents, or guardians must inform therapists of pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before participating in classes or sessions.

Studio Rules

• Clean indoor shoes only inside the studio
• Shoes required in toilet facilities
• No jewellery posing risk (stud earrings and religious/cultural jewellery acceptable)
• No food or chewing gum; water permitted in secure bottles

Safeguarding Children Children cannot leave with anyone other than parent/guardian without prior written or verbal permission.

Policy Review SF Studios reviews policies and procedures annually for compliance and effectiveness.
