Sports Physiotherapy in Hampstead

Get back to what you love with more freedom.

Integrated Sports Physiotherapy

No matter your sport of choice, pain does not just affect you in the moment or in sport. It can alter how you move, train, and live your life both in and outside of sport. Our sports physiotherapy in Hampstead, London is a performance focused service for sports injury rehabilitation. We take the time in a thorough assessment to understand your body, your habits, and your daily life so we can create lasting relief rather than a short term fix.

Through hands-on techniques suited to your body, we use evidence-based assessment and treatment including sports massage, dry needling, joint mobilisation, and load management programming to help you return to movement at full capacity.

Every session is personalised to your body and goals to support lasting results, whether you are seeking knee or shoulder pain physiotherapy or full ACL injury rehabilitation.

Benefits of Sports Physiotherapy

Sports injuries do not only affect your sports performance and exercise, they can impact your sleep, your confidence, and your overall movement, which negatively affects both your body and mind.

Consistent sports physiotherapy helps accelerate recovery whilst also rebuilding your body stronger for daily life beyond sport. Whether you are a runner, swimmer, climber, or simply someone who enjoys staying active, sports physiotherapy can help restore movement, reduce pain, and perform to your full potential.

You don’t have to be a professional athlete to take your body seriously. Giving it the right attention can prevent any serious injuries that may set you back in your day-to-day life as well as support long term movement and wellbeing.

How We Work With You

Our physiotherapists in Hampstead know that no two sports injuries are the same. Listening comes first. We take time to understand your life outside of sport, how you train, how your body prepares for activity, and how it has been responding. From there, we carry out thorough and thoughtful assessments.

This gives us a clear foundation for your treatment plan. This may include sports massage, pilates, soft tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports taping, and functional movement training to support long term recovery and prevent future injury.

We also offer assessments using KINVENT technology. Ideal for athletes and those recovering from injury, these tools measure muscle strength, range of motion, balance, and physical symmetry in real time to remove guesswork and guide your rehabilitation.
