Payment, booking & cancellation Policy of SF Studios Ltd:
I understand that I will be held responsible for any outstanding amount and that I will pay this amount directly to SF Studios Ltd. It is my own responsibility to make a claim to my medical Insurance company.
Online bookings can be made 1hr prior to the class’s start time, and currently no time restriction on when therapy session bookings can be made. Clients can only book them online if they have a Movement pass, a therapy block, a therapy session or pay for a drop-in online.
Drop-in places are available for all scheduled classes, subject to availability. Clients must arrive/login for online classes prior to the class start time and no later than 5 minutes after the class has started. There is a one-strike rule enforced. On the 2nd, the client arriving 5 minutes late or more after the scheduled start time of the class will not be allowed to attend. Payment must be made by debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard only) through our booking system or in the studio 24 hours prior to the class. Once a purchase has been made, a refund cannot be offered if the purchase has been made within the 24-hour cancellation policy or if it was a block purchase(Movement Pass). Refund will be processed via the payment method used, or credit can be added to the client’s account.
Individual sessions and block payments are available for private therapy sessions.
Payment must be made by debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard only) through our booking system or in the studio 48 hours prior to the session.
All payments and bookings for in-person or online sessions need to be processed through the Mindbody system by the client themself.
Once a purchase has been made, a refund cannot be offered if the purchase has been made within the 48-hour cancellation policy. Before this time, we can offer a full refund for the individual sessions via the payment method used, or credit can be added to the client’s account.
Movement passes and therapy blocks.
All Movement passes, and therapy blocks have an expiry date. Please make sure that you are aware of the expiry date upon purchasing. Movement Passes, and therapy blocks cannot be suspended or extended except in exceptional circumstances. Please email or write to our reception (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the details of your circumstance if you need to extend your pass; any decision to suspend or extend a pass or a block is at the studio’s discretion. If a class pack or therapy block has been purchased and used, then it is non-refundable.
I acknowledge the cancellation policy of 48 hours on therapy sessions and 24 hours on class bookings and that I will have to pay the full amount of my treatment fee at least 24 hours in advance. In case of a late cancellation or no-attendance, the full amount of my treatment fee will be charged.
