Nicole Avramides

Yoga Teacher

“There is strength in your softness”

Born of an international mish mash, Nicole’s passion for fitness took form when she was barely out of diapers, having been unwittingly led across the Swiss Alps – with, she suspects, the promise of cookies as a reward. And so was born a special passion for trekking and hiking, which has led her on many adventures, and to discover solemn places at dizzying heights.

Nicole’s yoga journey began over 10 years ago and has led to an ever-evolving practice. Initially immersing herself in the worlds of CrossFit and weightlifting, Nicole has learned first hand of the complimentary benefits of body strengthening disciplines paired with yoga to enhance mobility, flexibility and stretch.

Through energising practise and special focus on alignment, Nicole loves to help people find their inner dynamic strength, while maintaining a calm mind. Her classes aim to be fun, make you listen to your body and make you feel energised ready to take on life’s challenges - preferably always with an inner or even external smile.
